What is Xactly Innovate?

Xactly Innovate is a key part of Xactly's R&D motion to accelerate the pace for innovation in the market. It's all about finding new ways to bring value to current and future customers and shaping the future of Xactly.

My role

Innovation initiatives go through multiple phases. I piloted UX involvment in the Experiment & Prototype phase and contributed to the innovation framework that new initiatives will utilize. So far I've supported multiple initiatives with the following activities:

• Leading collaborative ideation sessions
• Creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes
• Contributing to research planning
• Iterating on designs based on internal and external feedback
