Overview
Incent ensures sales reps are paid accurately and on time, and the incentive statement is a sales repโs view into what theyโre paid and why.
My role
I'm working closely with product managers to get a deeper understanding of what our customers need in an incentive statement. My goal is to understand when and why the current incentive statement doesn't work and to give confidence that what we plan to build is the right thing.
Some of the activities I've completed so far:
- Facilitated product discovery workshops
- Scheduled and conducted user interviews
- Synthesized research and presented findings
- Created early concept designs
